I stumbled upon this restaurant without reading reviews and was pleasantly surprised!
Location is downtown, perfect for a quick place to grab lunch or dinner on the way home.
Restaurant itself is clean and staff is really friendly.
I wasn't sure what to expect because it was my first time, but staff was friendly, kind and helpful. I ordered the salmon with no rice and extra veggies, while my daughter ordered the potsticker meal which included a huge portion about of rice and potstickers with their signature sauces.
My salmon was cooked PERFECTLY. It was seasoned well and melted in your mouth. I was extremely surprised at how well the meal was for less than $12. Their salad dressing was delicious and steamed vegetables were cooked to perfection.
This is the go to place for fast Japanese dishes. I will definitely be returning. -

Mostly fried, but tasty options. Spicy crispy chicken is their best dish, hands down. Ask for extra brown sauce, as you'll want more for dipping anything you can find in, at home.
Sushi is very mediocre, but in a pinch, it works.
Fast service: order and pay at counter. -

This is probably one of my favorite places to eat , when visiting Fresno. My favorite meal is the spicy chicken plate. They are very generous with the amount they serve. Plenty of room to visit with friends. Will keep coming here for lunch.

So I've been a Kikku fan for over 10 years now. My first time here was in 2004, when I worked downtown. The teriyaki beef and sauce were delicious. When I changed jobs I lost connection with Kikku because they have limited hours. Well I have finally reconnected and it did not disappoint, food is still on point. They offer online ordering and you can even call in your order. Be prepared to feed the parking meters when you visit. It can get really busy during the noon hour as well. They have fountain drinks and Snapple and I think a few other drink options. I tried the crispy spicy chicken and that was good. My fave is the teriyaki beef. The portion sizes are perfect.
